POLICIES


PRODUCTION

All jewelry is handmade in limited quantities by the artist upon request. Since the pieces are made to order, this prevents overproduction and excessive waste. We want to minimize our footprint on the environment and aim to leave zero waste as possible.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing and shipping. What does this mean? This time period includes making the piece from start to finish and then shipping it out to you. This timeline allows the artist to spend time to focus on each piece made just for you.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders in the US will ship free via USPS Priority Mail. All packages are insured and will require your signature upon delivery.

Once we ship the order from our studio, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.

In the case, that you need to receive the piece sooner, we can expedite the shipping via USPS Priority Express. Contact us at customerservice@kimsuhoang.co and we will try to accomodate you. The expedited cost will be an additional fee that the customer will be responsible for.

Kimsu Hoang is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders will ship via USPS Priority or UPS. All packages are insured and will require your signature upon delivery.

Kimsu Hoang is not responsible for the payment of duties, taxes, or any other fees applied on international shipments. These fees are not included in the cost of shipping.

If a package is undeliverable or refused abroad and is delivered back to the studio, the shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount credited to you.

Kimsu Hoang is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

RETURN POLICY

Each piece is handmade and I want you to be happy with it. In the case that you are not, exchanges are only accepted. Contact customerservice@kimsuhoang.co immediately about your request and include the reason for return. We will email you return instructions.

Jewelry must be in new condition, not used or worn. It must be returned in its original packaging within 10 days of receiving the item.

Customer will be responsible for the shipping fees of the returned items. We recommend including insurance and a tracking number when shipping your items back to our studio. Kimsu Hoang does not issue an exchange for items that are lost or incurred damage when shipping back to the studio.

In the case that you have received a damaged item, please email customerservice@kimsuhoang.co immediately of receipt of item - include your name, order number, description of the damage, and photographs. Your case will be reviewed and a decision will be made whether your request for a return, exchange, or repair will be accepted or not.
